Doug Kelley is a certified Hypnotist, the Co-founder of ParaNexus.org, and the Founder/Director of the Scientific Paranormal Investigation, Research, and Identification Team: also referred to as SPIRITeam. SPIRITeam was established to assist people in understanding and resolving paranormal activity. For more than four decades, Doug Kelley has become educated in the field of the paranormal and his learning never stops. To further education in paranormal field, Doug Kelly co-founded ParaNexus, along with his close friend Jari Mikkola; ParaNexus is a professional association and conference for paranormal researchers. Doug considers himself open minded and his main interest and research focus on the impact that a person’s unique socio-religious and cultural beliefs have on the type and extent of any paranormal activity experienced by the individual.

When Doug is not working in the paranormal field, he is a human potential speaker, trainer, life coach, and consultant. Doug specializes in assertive leadership, advanced communications, and negotiation skills. Doug is the author of several books including The Leader's Guide to Coaching and Managing Difficult People, Alcoholic Relationship Survival Guide (by Doug and Tracey Kelley), and The Game Rules for Life.

Jo Lynne is an active witch and a writer residing in Upstate, New York. She has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Creative writing from SUNY Brockport; she has written works that include essays, articles, and poetry and Jo Lynne's work has appeared in magazines like Woman's Day and SageWoman.

In the year 2002, Jo Lynne established her own publication entitled Nature's Wisdom Magazine; a regional publication that delivers information on natural health, environmental awareness, and the mind, body, spirit connection. Among many endeavors and projects, Jo Lynne is currently the editor of Full Moon Rising Magazine, Western New York's premier metaphysical and earth-based spirituality publication. Jo Lynne is a certified Herbalist, a licensed Holistic Aromatherapist, and a Reiki Master. She has educated others in the art of Aromatherapy, Numerology, and Meditation and she is currently the facilitator of a WitchCraft Learning Circle of Discovery in her hometown.
