In late September of the year 2009, my girlfriend Tracey’s father who is in Florida, told her to check out one of his properties located in Rensselaer County to make sure that the property was safe and that all was well. During one of our checkups on the property, I took a photo of the home when we went there for our visit this past January. The home is very large with several rooms upstairs as well as downstairs, including many outside terraces. When we pulled up to the house, I sensed that it was active. I didn’t know why at the time, but I knew it intuitively. I took an initial walk around the perimeter before entering. Tracey walked into the house as I walked around the perimeter of the location to check the place out. Tracey came outside and said that the house was gorgeous! It was at that time that I told her that I sensed the presence of a little boy in the upstairs room, as well as a lady by the name “Victoria.”

Since Tracey had her camera on her, she took several pictures of the outside of the house, as well as the inside. Tracey called her father, and asked if he knew anything about the history of the past residents of the location as far as the past owners. According to my girlfriend’s father, the home is around 170+ years old. He also told her that one of the previous owners had a family and that one of the children was autistic. The child would try to escape the house at night, so they had to put bars over the child’s window to prevent his escape or potential injury. Tracey’s father also advised her that he thinks that the house in was a house used for prostitution in the old days. That was all he knew.

In early January of this year, Tracey sent me the picture of what she believes to be what I sensed to be “Victoria”. I do believe, that I sensed her without previously knowing of the picture that she presented me with way afterwards. I find it amazing when people find either audible or visual proof after I have sensed something. If you take a look at the photograph, you can clearly see a woman standing in the upstairs of the location as if she is peering out the window surveying the land.
